Softplay Booking

Play Safe (there must be at least one adult per group booking)
Sessions are 2 hour time slots with 30mins of cleaning in-between. There is constantly clearing throughout the day and there will be times during the session where the staff will clean the system.

1. If you are feeling unwell then do not visit
2. There is the option to purchase PPE at the venue
3. Please make sure you keep socially distant from people outside of your party
4. Prebook and pay for your play session online
5. Please remember to not bring any food onsite unless you have a health requirement
6. Our team will be cleaning the centre throughout your visit so please be patient
7. Please use the hand sanitizing stations during your visit

Please note that if you cancel your booking under 48 hours before your session you will incur a 20% charge if it is under 24 hours the charge is 50%
