ROOM Hire
The Venue has several spaces you can hire for your own concerts, events, parties and meetings can offer a range of technical facilities and catering options to suit your needs. Our spaces can accommodate as few as 2 people, or as many as 300. The various spaces work equally well as meeting rooms, function rooms or training rooms. The rooms are fully equipped with fibre-optic broadband.
Each event is different, so we are happy to discuss your booking with you and produce a quotation tailored to your needs. Come and have a look at the venue and find out how we can help you present the perfect event.
Community and charity rates are available upon request.

The Studio room is situated on the second floor.
Suitable for meetings, dance groups, small music, toddler groups and theatre rehearsals.

We have 3 meeting rooms situated on the second floor.
Suitable for meetings, interviews and small groups

Enjoy our stunning large conference room which can easily cater
for up to 250 people. Hold your wedding or conference with fully
equipped P.A. facilities, HD projector and large screen along with
tables and chairs – the largest meeting function space in Bude!
